Once in the water, you will practice several basic scuba skills with your Instructor in shallow water (shallow enough for you to be able to stand up if needed) then go on a dive in the crystal clear waters of the Blue Lagoon to a maximum depth of 6 meters. After the trip, there will be a short debrief with your Instructor who will give you a certificate for completing the Discover Scuba Diving Experience and answer any questions you may have about scuba diving.

George my guide and Anna who helped me book my trip were absolutely fabulous. As this was my first certified dive they spent the time with me to make sure I always felt comfortable. They went my speed and helped me within moments notice. They all spoke English and were mostly from the UK This place I cannot recommend enough and am very thankful I found it. Fantastic try dive session with Latching water sports. I dived a long time ago but my 18 yr old son had not. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the basic skills tuition was great. Mark the instructor was fantastic and took us on a great dive around the blue lagoon. Excellent prices and also did Forces discount. Will definitely be coming back for a PADI open water course next year. Thanks for a great introduction to diving for my son.

JD and Hanna were very professional and helpful. We first learnt the skills that are required to dive before diving. I couldn’t stay for long as the water was too cold for me. It’s an amazing experience.
Visited 30.08.22 2 of my teenage children enjoyed the discovery scuba diving with Latchi Watersports. Safety is not an issue here and I highly commend them for that. I was reassured that my kids were in very safe hands whilst out in the water with their diving instructor. This is the second time my children have done this and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We arrived an hour early than booked because my third child was feeling a bit anxious about the diving and we hoped someone might talk through what to expect, in the hope she would feel reassured. Unfortunately there was a rather rude blonde sat at reception when we arrived, who appeared dissatisfied that we had arrived early. She did eventually get on the same page as us, but not before the kids also picked up on her negative attitude. Aside from that individual, the remainder of the team seemed very pleasant and most importantly, the 2 children who did dive felt comfortable and safe with their instructor. We would likely use Latchi Watersports again for diving.
